A Word From Our Director

            Hello, I am Janet M. Jones, the Director of the Chester Student Center.

            When I was asked to help develop the Chester Student Center for Chester neighborhoods and communities, I wondered how I could fit into such a “divine vision”.You see it is Gene Foehl who had and still has the dream to provide a safe and pleasant place where the residents of Chester, youth and adults, can gather for educational and social activities.

            Chester is blessed to have wonderful, loving and intelligent children who are our precious gifts.  We are charged to keep the flame of hope alive for them and to strengthen them to achieve their dreams.

            Realizing that dreams come true when people give themselves from what they receive rather then trying to accomplish their goals through expecting to always be given things, we emphasize sharing and respecting each other, working together, and building true friendships.
At the Center, we establish partnerships and foster team play.  I am grateful to Mr. Foehl for the opportunity to share my gifts and I will continue to work to help unfold what God has already ordained for us.

            It is because I pray for a great and amazing future for this program that I thank all of those who join me to lead a better and more effective Chester Student Center.
